At Brabham Consulting we have witnessed many clients look to cut
training and change management costs when technology budgets run

Whilst Brabham Consulting works with technology, our focus is on
the people and business that use it. We work collaboratively with

have specialist change management people that combine traditional

'technology' consultants for technology to ensure every one and
every thing gets the right attention and the best results.
Brabham Consulting incorporates the 'people' component of new
technology acquisitions from day one. This includes communication
plans, cultural foot prints, training action plans and launch days.
We spend time with the people who will need to change what they do
or how they do it, and provide a safe and fun environment
throughout the project to support positive, proactive and long term
change.
