Whilst we work with technology, our core focus is on business, people and information integration. Unlike many Information Technology (IT) consulting firms - that promise to be 'everything to everyone' - we focus on providing premium advisory and consulting within the boundaries of our expertise.  Because our focus is on business improvement, we often find ourselves working with business users rather than solely within IT departments.

In many instances we become the 'broker' between business and technology. What this does is instil confidence for the business that they are going to see real improvement through the organisation's technology implementations. It also gives IT departments' confidence that what is asked for (from the business user) is actually what they need - expectations are aligned!
