Often we find expensive technology is implemented within an organisation and not being used correctly, or the organisation has implemented the wrong technology for their business needs. This leads to a lot of frustrated people walking around shaking their heads! The implementation of new technology gives an organisation a perfect opportunity to revisit their existing business processes and look at what needs improving and how technology might assist in doing this.
Brabham Consulting loves a client that is willing to fully participate, not just in the technology implementation but also look deeper at their business as a whole for some serious improvements. Part of this includes examining Six Key Questions relevant for any business:

- When... do they do it
- Where... do they do it
In 'techno' speak this is known as Enterprise Architecture. But in simple terms it pulls apart the business and looks at the core tasks performed and how they intertwine, giving us all a 360 degree view of the organisation. Only then can business processes be known and improved. Sounds like common sense really, doesn't it!
