Portfolios
Brabham has three primary Portfolio's that encompass our service offerings.
Strategic Adoption - working with our clients to build technology strategies that mitigate business risk and builds upon the business vision, in a practical and realistic approach.
- Technology Acquisitions - assisting clients in purchasing the right technologies to enhance the strategic vision through a number of means including full Tender Management.
- Business Delivery - assisting clients in the delivery of technology solutions into the business.
Each Portfolio is assigned a 'Director' that is responsible for the delivery of those services within the portfolio along with the ongoing development of that portfolio. Unlike many traditional IT firms with Account Managers only interested in 'closing the deal', our Portfolio Directors are resopnsible and accountable for the delivery of quality services and solutions to our clients.
